Where do the prices come from?
From our live collection. Heddle reads each rug's own price per square foot across its standard sizes and calculates your exact size from it — the AI chooses which rugs fit your brief, but it never sets a price.
Can it really read a photo?
Yes. Send a rug you love, a room, a fabric or a mood board. Heddle reads colour, pattern, pile and likely construction, then finds the closest pieces in the collection and proposes a bespoke construction if nothing is close enough.
Are duties and delivery included?
Yes. Every price is delivered to your door, tracked, with customs duties prepaid — to any country. Nothing to pay on arrival.
How long does a rug take?
Hand-knotted rugs take 13–14 weeks; handwoven, flatweave and tufted rugs take 4–6 weeks. Custom colours add 1–2 weeks for colour approval. You'll see progress photos in your studio while it's being made.
How does payment work?
When you are happy with a quote, request an invoice. Our trade team checks the details and emails it, usually within one business day. Payment is in full before production, and your rug goes on the loom once it clears.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum spend. Every approved studio starts at 15% trade pricing; studios that order regularly move to Atelier at 20%.
